Ok, in order to put a graphic into the Hall Of Fame, what you need to do is, in here, post the Image of the graphic, or the link to the thread, that the graphic is in. Thats how you going to nominate them. Now for the voting, its going to be a majority, if atleast 3-5 people nominate the same graphic, that graphic will go into the Hall Of Fame.

I say five or more people must nominate. If the posting base grows here, then we should expand the number of nominations required. As of right now, five people I think is a good number.
